　　〔三〕产业集聚呈现新亮点。一批投资规模较大、有一定科技含量的企业相继落户园区。尤其可喜的是，其中半数以上工程是已有支柱产业工程或以产业组团形式落户。一是塑料产业新添4个工程并已开工，提升了园区塑料制品产品档次，延伸了产业链条,进一步做大了塑料制品产业。4个工程竣工投产后，塑料产业年销售收入可新增2亿元以上，上交税金新增700万元以上。二是6个金属加工工程入园开工，工程竣工投产后，预计年销售收入10亿元以上,上交税金2000万元以上。三是汽摩配件加工成为园区新兴产业。立伟轻工、瑞祥机车、瑞泰机车等工程组团落户园区。特别是立伟轻工，，规模大，潜力大，是汽摩配件加工行业龙头企业。四是投资2亿元的雅风竹业开工建设。工程不仅投资规模大、科技含量高，，实现税金1600万元，又是一家毛竹精加工资源节约型环保企业，将充分循环利用毛竹资源，进一步促进园区循环经济主导产业做精做强。
