Organization Software Quality Assurance (SQA) and Usage Guidelines
In order to clearly look into the software project process and ensure that the process definitions are followed strictly, [Organization] develop this policy. This policy is the guideline of Software Quality Assurance team when evaluations are made or activities are carried out. It can also be the reference of other relative groups and senior manager. All the clauses in the policy aim to help the SQA team make sure that all the develop teams follow the plans, standards, procedures, and requirements objectively.
1. General Statement of Policy.
It is the policy of [Organization] to fine tune the processes that are involved in development of the software products to such an extent that the end product has to conform to specification. Software Quality Assurance team is the right group to work in this manner. To approach the aim appropriately, the team has to conform some rules itself, which is policy right here. The SQA team works from the beginning of the project which involves the e
