我今年担任四年级班主任，说当班主任也可以说有好多年头了，将成绩可以说一点没有，每次班行为标准评定，从没有得到过金榜，相反铜榜、扣分、全校最后一名总会轮到我班，我也不知道为啥，有些工作自己勤勤恳恳地干，还是……。这也许是个人能力吧。但上我班课的老师总会讲到，这个班上课纪律较好，作业能根本完成，成绩还可以。这些使我有些抚慰，深感功绩没有，倒有苦劳，这样做对得起学生，对得起家长，为此把我所做的工作向大家介绍一下： 
一、培养一支得力的小干部队伍 
　要使班级成为团结、活泼，具有良好学习气氛的整体，班级小干部的作用是相当大的。开学初，班会课采用竞选的形式产生班中小干部。要求每个想当学生干部的上讲台演讲自己怎样当好小干部，随后采用民主选举选出小干部。有些成绩优良，但不愿为班级效劳的通过竞选就落选了，而有些成绩一般，但愿意为大家效劳的却能如愿中选，从而也促进了其成绩的提高。有了一支能管理班级的小干部队伍，作为班主任，我就加强引导培养，每周二召开一次小干部会，指出他们工作上存在的问题，教给他们工作方法，放手让他们大胆干。同时树立自己的威信，这样一来不但提高了他们的积极性，而且能力也逐渐培养起来。 
 二、班主任要善于观察，耐心细致地解决问题 
　我在工作中总结出二慢，一是慢进教室细观察。应为有二分钟预备铃，这要求学生进教室后要静心，准备当堂课的学习用具，并坐端正，迎接老师进教室上课。我的做法是铃声一响，那么站在门口，仔细观察每个学生的表现，让学生把一个真实的自我充分展现出来，班主任这时可以掌握第一手学生动向，可以利用以后的课余时间有的放失地做
