　　山西西山晋兴能源有限责任公司斜沟煤矿　　斜 沟 煤 矿 概 况　　斜沟煤矿(包括选煤厂)是山西西山晋兴能源有限责任　　公司下属的生产矿井，设计年生产能力1500万吨，是西山煤电集团公司十对矿井中生产能力最大的一对矿井。也是国家“十一五〞规划重点建设的10个千万吨级矿井之一，又是承当着国家科技支撑方案“年产千万吨级矿井综采工作面生产系统关键技术与开采示范〞工程研究任务，被省政府列为2022年重点工程和吕梁市“双百双千〞工程。　　一、 矿井历史　　矿井〔小井〕在魏家滩镇斜沟村西。前身为兴县下沟掌小煤窑，1959年迁到斜沟村扩建，成为兴县地方国营斜沟煤矿，1968年投产使用，设计能力为2万t/a,开采13号煤层。，工作面小平车运输，主巷道绞车运输，矿灯、防爆灯照明，离心式风机通风，属于低沼气矿井，该矿2022年3月经签订收购协议，转让给山西西山晋兴能源有限责任公司〔采矿许可证号为1400000720387〕。2022年10月晋兴公司正式组建斜沟煤矿。职工队伍10月下旬进驻矿区。经过一年多的技术改造和矿井扩建，2022年元月首采工作面〔18103综采面〕投产，。2022年产量翻一番，达203、14万吨。2022年突破300万吨大关〔303万吨〕，成为西山煤电公司改扩建时间最短、见效最快的矿井。　　二、 井田自然地理　　井田行政区划大局部隶属于兴县魏家滩镇，局部位于保　　德县南河沟。，南北长约22KM，。煤炭总资源/储量24
