一、指导思想
　　以“进一步加强和改良未成年人思想道德建设的假设干意见〞和“三个代表〞重要思想为指导，紧紧围绕“以学生的开展为本〞，以爱国主义教育为主线，以“关爱教育〞为切入口，以行为标准养成教育为重点，以实践教育活动为途径，力求把思想教育、理论灌输、情感陶冶和智能开展为一炉，培养文明、朴实、勤学的学生，努力提高德育工作的针对性、主动性和实效性。继续强化本组教师的竞争意识、创新意识、质量意识、效劳意识，确保年级组工作有新的气色。
