摘要
随着固体推进技术的发展,固体火箭发动机在军事、航空、航天以及国民经济的建设中得了广泛的应用。本文根据总体的要求,设计了某型固体火箭发动机。
主要设计任务是:
1、发动机总体方案设计选择发动机的结构形式、推进剂和壳体材料,选择并确定发动机的直径、工作压力和膨胀比。
2、装药的药型设计选择药形,确定药柱的几何尺寸,计算发动机的热力参量和内弹道性能等。
3、发动机的燃烧室设计燃烧室的壳体材料设计和内绝热层设计。
4、发动机的喷管设计喷管的型面设计、结构设计和热防护设计等。
5、点火装置设计选择点火装置的类型和结构,设计发火系统和能量释放系统等。
6、总质量的计算计算固体火箭发动机的总质量,并评估结构的合理性。

ABSTRACT
With the development of the rocket propulsion, the solid propellant rocket has acquired wide application in many areas, such as military affairs, aviation, spaceflight and economy. In this paper, the design project of the single-stage solid rocket motor based on the technical task that is required by the overall in the following paper is described.
The main tasks of this design is as follow:
1. The design of the overall project includes the structure of solid rocket motor, material of shell, propellant, working pressure and expansion ratio of the nozzle , and the evaluation of the solid rocket motor design parameters;
2. The design work to choose the shape of propellant includes the choice of propellant form, and the calculation of geometry based on the preliminary calculation of options; then calculate the parameter of thrust chamber and the performance of interior ballistic performance;
3. The design of thrust chamber includes the choose of the solid rocket motor material and the design of the interior insulation;
4. The design work of nozzle includes the selection of the nozzle shape ,the ensurement of the nozzle structure and the design of the insulation.
5. The design work of the ignition device includes the choose of the ignition type ,the detonation equipment and the release system of solid rocket motor.
