坚决正确的政治方向，牢固树立社会主义核心价值观念，进一步增强贯彻执行“五严守、五禁止〞的自觉性。今年以来，全区各级纪检监察干部撰写学习体会79篇。
二、注重制度标准，增强约束性，为加强干部队伍建设建立长效机制
为保证“五严守、五禁止〞落到实处，坚持用制度进行严格标准，着力形成长效机制。一是标准机关秩序。先后健全完善了区纪委机关学习、会议、保密、财务等15项制度，机关工作正规化。二是标准工作程序。健全了信访举报、案件检查、案件审理、执法监察、纠风等工作程序，严格标准业务流程，使纪检监察各项工作有章可循、标准运行。三是标准干部行为。结合本区实际，研究制定?纪检监察干部职业道德标准?，建立健全系统内部监督和社会各界监督、群众监督制度机制，进一步严格标准职业操守。
三、注重解决突出问题，增强实效性，为加强干部队伍建设取得阶段成果
坚持把解决纪检监察干部队伍中存在的突出问题作为关键环节来抓。围绕落实“五严守、五禁止〞规定，积极开展“三查三看〞活动。一是对照王瑛同志等纪检监察战线的先进典型，查自己的作风，看宗旨意识、效劳意识、责任意识、创新意识、争先意识和实干意识强不强；二是对照科学开展观的要求，查自己实践科学开展观的情况，看围绕中心、效劳大局，提高工作效能，维护群众利益，效劳保障和促进全区又好又快开展还有哪些差距和缺乏；
