为了响应《商务部 财政部关于推进家政服务网络体系建设的通知》，积极建设济源市家政服务网络中心，现对济源市家政服务行业现状进行调查分析，具体报告情况如下：
二、研究方法：
本次调查采取了文案调查、外出考察、走访居民、问卷调查等形式，对济源市环城路以内大部分街道相关单位和居民区进行了调查。
文案调查：采用互联网上和文献资料上关于济源家政服务市场的最新统计数据。
外出考察：工作人人员走街串巷，对相关单位进行实地调查和问卷。
走访居民：考虑到统计分析对样本量的要求和成本方面的经济性，我们本次调查共发放问卷200份，回收186份，回收率93%，回收的问卷中无效问卷46份，有效问卷140份。主要采取分群抽样的方法，对北海小区、喜洋洋小区、建业森林半岛、人民医院、妇幼保健院进行了抽样调查。
三、调查结果及分析
1. 济源地区家政服务行业发展及市民认知情况分析
1）济源家政服务行业公司类型及情况
济源家政服务公司基本上以自主经营为主，此次调查共涉及170家公司，其中家政服务公司14家，专业化服务公司156家，具体情况如下表：
