　　“(四）参加基本医疗保险的灵活就业人员在就业所在市、县、自治县社会保险经办机构办理基本医疗保险登记、核定缴费数额后，在当地社会保险费征收机构缴纳基本医疗保险费。”
　　四、增加一条，作为第六条：“用人单位从业人员参保名单应当在本单位公示，向社会保险经办机构申报的本单位缴费基数总额及个人缴费基数应当分别由法定代表人及从业人员签名确认。
