一、编制说明及依据
(一)编制说明
本工程施工组织设计是根据淮北市建筑勘察设计研究院设计的施工图以及业主方的具体要求而编制的。在本施工组织设计编制前，我们仔细会审了该工程的设计图纸，对该安装工程的内容、工艺、质量、工期有了详尽的了解，由专业技术管理骨干编制了详细的施工方案，确保本施工组织设计在施工过程中充分发挥指导作用。
滨河一期消防系统工程的安装质量能否达到设计的使用要求，将直接影响到滨河住户的生命、财产安全，因此，要求其在安装过程中必须严格遵守施工组织设计的各项规定，进行施工和管理。
