（inedwithcisplatinumandfluorouracil)andDOFregimen(docetaxelcombinedwithoxaliplationandfluorouracil)inthetreatmentofadvancedgastriccancer・Methods68casesofadvancedgastriccancerwererandomlydividedinto:heECFgroup(30cases)andtheDOFgroup(38cases)・TheECFgroupwastreatedwithepirubicin50mg/—3dandfluorouracil500mg/m2on1—5d・TheDOFgroupwastreatedwithdocetaxel75mg/m2on1d,oxaliplatin130mg/m2andfluorouracil500mg/m*on1—5d・・ResultsAllcaseswereevaluablefortheobjectiveresponse・%%intheDOFgroup・Themajoradversereactionsinthetwogroupsweremarrowdepression*gastrointestinalreaction*・47%(Z6/38)•whichwashigherthan13・33(4/30)%(28/30)•whichwashigherthan6&24(26/38)intheDOFgroup,thedifferencebetweenthetwogroupswasstatisticallysignificant().ConclusionBothofthetworegimenshavethesimilareffectfortreatingadvancedgastriccancerandtheadversereactionsarctolerable・
