钱湾村党风廉政建设学理论和“三个代表〞为指导，树立和落实科学开展观，认真贯彻标本兼治、综合治理，以预防、教育为主的方针，抓好对党员经常性的党性、党风、党纪教育工作。
〔一〕党风廉政教育的内容
1、组织党员学习?党章?，中央、省、市制定的各项方针政策以及发布的规定、指示、决议等党规党法，通过学习，使每个党员了解上级的有关精神。
2、认真组织全体党员、干部学习中纪委、省纪委全会及肇庆市纪检监察工作会议精神，领会其精神实质，明确每年党风廉政建设和反败的工作任务和工作重点。
3、组织党员、干部学习?中国共产党纪律处分条例?、?行政监察法?、?中国共产党员领导干部廉洁从政假设干准那么?、?关天实行党风廉政建设责任制的规定?和中央、省、市、县关于党员领导干部廉洁自律的各项制度规定。
4、广泛宣传，大力弘扬勤廉的正面典型和剖析反面案例，对党员、干部进行正反典型教育，帮助党员树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观。
5、及时对党员，干部进行党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争的形势教育，联系实际，寻找差距。
