卫生保障：
校内各学生组织举办完活动之后，可自行解决。可以分配自己的属下不同组织进行分配任务。各个组织内部监察部检查合格前方可离开。
纪律秩序保障：
活动开始结束时安排专门人员引导同学们有序进场退场，防止混乱
校内各学生各组织在活动中，应有专门人员负责活动现场纪律和秩序
二：宣传活动
人力物力
1〕观众：校内各组织举办个文艺或者学术类的活动，大可向全校师生发出邀请
物品购置：
参与的同学各尽其责，各尽其能。最好利益最大化，一些比拟贵重的东西〔尽量让外联解决〕，买东西时最好买务实的。
3〕物品借用：
音响，话筒，灯光，乐器等器材可向各院学生会、校学生会、学生社团、大学生艺术团借用。
礼仪服饰可向校学生会借用。
帐篷、桌子可向校学生会、团工委、社联、志联借用
