学生毕业顶岗实习管理方法
第一章 总那么
第一条 毕业顶岗实习是高职教育教学过程中的重要环节，是其他各教学环节的继续、深化、补充和检验，是毕业生走上社会和上岗前全面提高职业能力的必经阶段。为了标准学生的毕业顶岗实习，加强对我院毕业生顶岗实习的管理，全面提高实习教学质量，特制定本方法。
第二条 毕业顶岗实习的目的在于开阔学生的视野，使学生将所学知识及技能应用于岗位实践，熟悉自己将要从事的行业运行情况，较全面地获得本专业生产实际中最常用的技术知识、管理知识和实际操作技能；提高学生的职业素质和独立工作能力，鼓励学生的敬业、创业精神，为就业做好心理准备，为毕业后走向工作岗位打下扎实的根底。
第三条 毕业顶岗实习实行学校、二级学院两级管理。教务处负责全校毕业顶岗实习工作规划和规定的制定、检查、评估及重大问题的处理。二级学院具体负责各专业学生毕业顶岗实习的组织管理和实施工作。
