培育支柱产业，冲刺百亿目标。坚持一产抓提升、出特色，二产抓规模、求质量，三产抓内涵、促拓展，力争生产总值突破百亿大关。以规模化、标准化、特色化为主攻方向，大力开展特色农业、园区农业和观光农业，做大做强花椒、核桃、魔芋、竹子、水果、畜牧等优势产业，积极开展水产养殖业，确保农村经济总收入年均增长15%以上。加快工业园区建设，充分利用溪洛渡电站地方留存电量优势，加大资源详查和引资开发力度，培育骨干企业，大力开展矿业、水电、建材和农副产品加工业，实现工业增加值年均增长40%以上。以扩大内需为基点，改造提升传统效劳业，加速开展现代效劳业，开展壮大民营经济，确保第三产业增加值年均增长11%以上。突出绿色开展、可持续开展，切实处理好经济社会开展与人口、资源、环境的关系，深入开展

5、消费状况
永善县的经济开展良好，工作稳定，居民收入和消费水平较高。
中高收入家庭主要是公务人员和私营企业老板。
2022年末，城镇居民人均可支配收入达15452元，；农民人均纯收入达3837元。去年一年，全县新增加私家车、摩托车等车辆户头7000余辆。
