永城镇巴渝新居及农村危旧房改造调研

〔三〕农村危旧房改造工作情况的评价。
永城镇通过农村危旧房改造，有力地促进了各项工作全面开展。新农村建设按照“生产开展、生活宽余、乡风文明、村容整洁、管理民主〞的要求，坚持统筹农村经济社会开展思路，以农民持续增收为核心,农业产业化提高和农民素质提升为重点，严格落实各项惠农政策，进一步夯实农村根底设施，全面提高农村经济运行品质和效益，全面开展农村社会事业，社会主义新农村建设呈现出良好开展态势。
二、危旧房改造的主要经验。
〔一〕农村危旧房改造工作的主要做法及创新措施。
为扎实开展中华村新农村示范建设和危旧房改造，我们着力抓了三个方面的工作。

1、加强组织领导。成立了工作领导班子，抽调32名工作人员组建了6个危旧房改造工作小组，制订了我镇?农村危旧房改造试点区工作的实施意见?和以中华村为重点的?新农村建设工程进度推进工作安排?，与各村签订了目标责任书。为加快建设，出台了鼓励政策：农户自建的，每户补助资金6000元，6月10日前建完的另奖励2000元；委托专业施工队建设的，其新修的房盖、墙体、墙面搓沙等，由农户出资建好后交施工队完成后期建设，镇政府与施工队结算。
2、确定农房改造对象。按照县里的要求，我们通过实地勘察，定位置、定农户
