第三章考核内容
第十一条乡村医生考核包括业务考评和职业道德评定两方面内容。
第十二条业务考评主要包括：
〔一〕工作任务完成情况。根据一个时期的中心工作任务和乡村医生各自的职责分工，由当地卫生行政部门明确相关工作任务；
〔二〕业务水平考核。考核内容应以实践技能考核为主，根据需要可组织理论考核。考核委员会确定乡村医生考核题库，乡村医生从中抽取假设干考题现场应答；
〔三〕学习培训情况。乡村医生应提供本轮考核期间至少一次参加县级卫生行政部门组织的学习培训，相关证明材料交考核委员会审核。
第十三条职业道德评定主要包括医德医风情况。考核委员会在评定过程中要充分听取所在村村民委员会、乡村医生和村民的意见。
