治理庸懒散问题实施意见

三、措施步骤
治理“庸懒散〞问题，以机关各科室和各直属单位为治理重点对象，以加强作风建设和效能建设为载体，以提高干警队伍执行力、提升机关行政效能、优化开展环境为目的。重点治理干警精神萎靡、办事拖拉、态度松弛、标准不高、落后有理、管理不严、落实不到位、不彻底及其他影响工作绩效、违反工作纪律、违反行业管理规定等的行为。
