对体验过程和各环节衔接的设计要有一定的挑战性和趣味性，能吸引和激励用户积极参与到体验过程中。
在标准配置下，能够根据需要巧妙运用多种视觉媒体〔如图形、图像、动画和文字等〕和听觉媒体〔如语音、音乐等〕与用户交互。
5、技术合理
合理选择与应用媒体形式、开发工具，并进行最大优化，保障运行服务能力。
尽量采用ＷＥＢ方式或者ＷＥＢ＋插件的方式提供服务，如果有必要采用客户端安装的方式，应该安装简洁、方便，并适用于目前主流的运行环境，不需要特定的安装运行环境。
技术实现要遵循Ｂ馆的集成标准。如果需要用户认证，应该采用Ｂ馆的统一认证方式。
最低指标：各体验区允许同时在线人数不少于50人，对客户端没有特别要求。
6、进度合理
进度安排符合体验馆建设整体进度安排，各时间节点设计合理，可考评。特别是07年7月份中期检查要有高显示度的阶段成果产出。
7、经费合理
经费预算及测算依据详细、清晰、合理，并按标准格式填报。
