　　请您在初次开立帐户时出示有效身份证件〔居民身份证、户口簿、军人证、护照〕办理实名登记手续；在提前支取定期存款时也需持有效身份证件办理。
　　全国联网
　　邮政储蓄机构凭借强大的全国联网网络基础，为开立邮政储蓄活期帐户的客户提供异地存取业务。目前，邮政储蓄全国联网网点覆盖全国31个省〔市、区〕、1900个县市，联网网点逾万个，联网ATM3000多台。您可以持邮政储蓄活期存折或绿卡在任一全国联网网点或ATM上办理存取款业务。
　　异地服务
　　到邮政储蓄全国联网网点凭有效身份证件〔居民身份证、户口簿、军人证、护照〕开立活期储蓄帐户〔设置密码〕即可。可在全国联网网点办理异地存取、查询、挂失、变更密码等业务。在营业窗口异地取款1000元以上〔含1000元〕时需要出示身份证件，且当日取款上限为10万元。
　　密码管理
　　办理开户时，您预留的密码要选择好记但又不容易被他人知悉的数字〔不要以您的生日、门牌、 号码等易被他人知晓的数字为密码〕。密码是帐户资金安全的重要保障，假设您泄漏而产生的经济损失由您自负。如密码不慎泄漏，请速到联网网点办理变更。密码遗忘须持有效身份证件到开户局办理密码遗忘变更手续。
