三、活动目的：
通过团建活动，树立标兵，鼓励先进，鞭策落后等在班级内建立健全的团组织机构和完善的制度，充分发挥团支部的组织核心作用，加强团员之间的团结互助，进一步调动基层团组织的积极性，提高同学们团员意识，打造特色团支部。做到“班子有活力、团员有作用、活动有特色、工作有制度〞的“四有〞标准，更好地发挥团支部联系覆盖团员青年的作用。
活动时间：2022~2022学年
四、活动内容:
1. 召开“肩负荣耀使命，争创青春业绩〞主题班会。。二十一世纪的我们既面临着机遇又面临着剧烈的竞争与挑战，同时我们又肩负着复兴中华民族的荣耀使命。无论是在学校还是以后参加工作，如何不辱使命，在自己的岗位上干出一片灿烂的业绩都是一个急需认真对待的问题。我们将以班会的形式一起探讨这个问题，并发表不同的看法，从而使大家更加深刻的意识到自己肩上的使命。
2. 在假期等课余时间将大家召集在一起以有奖竞答模式和做游戏的方式在班级内部开展团知识学习活动，边玩边学，更能使大家对团知识有深刻的理解。
