南梁村党支部议事规则

为了加强我村党支部的核心领导地位,提高党支部议事效率和议事质量,保证党的路线、方针、政策和上级党委、政府的决议指示能得到有效贯彻执行，特制定本规则。
一、支部会议
1、支部会议召开的时间、地点、议题及有关事项，应提前通知支部委员。
2、支部会一般每月召开一次，如有特殊情况，可临时决定召开。
3、支部会议由支部书记召集和主持，但凡开支部会议，支委成员都必须参加，有事应请假。参加会议的委员必须超过委员的半数，方能开会。
4、在工作必要时，可召开支部扩大会议，扩大范围由支部书记根据会议议题确定。
二、议事内容
1、党的思想、作风建设和组织建设，党员干部的教育管理，入党积极分子的培养。
2、贯彻落实党的路线、方针、政策和国家的法律、法令以及上级党委、政府布置的工作任务。
3、经济和社会事业发展中的长期规划。主导产业开发和发展项目确实定，年度工作计划的制定，工作措施的落实。
