〔六〕配合上级相关部门依法对违法平安生产法律、法规和规章的行为进行处分；
〔七〕接到发生职责范围内的重大、特大平安事故报告后，立即向街道分管领导报告，并派员赶赴现场，组织抢救，防止事故扩大；
〔八〕做好伤亡事故的统计、分析工作，及时向街道消防平安和平安生产工作领导小组办公室报送平安事故统计表；
〔九〕履行法律、法规和规章规定的其他平安生产职责。
对平安生产负责有监督管理职责的街道有关部门或者机构和各社区居委会的正职负责人，是本单位、本辖区平安生产工作的第一责任人，对本单位、本辖区职责范围内的平安生产工作负全面领导责任；副职负责人对其分管工作涉及的平安生产事项负分管领导责任。
三、街道消防平安和平安生产工作领导小组办公室负责综合管理、监督、协调和指导本街道辖区内消防平安和平安生产工作，并负责职业平安监察工作，其主要职责是：
〔一〕负责街道消防平安和平安生产日常工作；
〔二〕组织制定、实施本街道消防平安和平安生产工作的中长期规划和年度方案；
〔三〕组织实施有关消防平安和平安生产的综合性规定、标准，以及有关职业平安生产的规定、标准，并检查执行情况。
