精神分析对变态心理与治疗的基本观点
潜意识领域中的本我、自我和超我之间的矛盾冲突是心理障碍的根本原因。精神分析治疗目的在于运用一些手段揭示患者的潜意识冲突，使之上升到意识中，并帮助患者理解自己为了控制焦虑而运用了何种防御机制。患者一旦洞悉了自己的潜意识动机和需要，就能以更现实的方式处理和适应各种情况。
