Abstract
This paper mainly introduces the three-dimensional storage system design based on AGV, AGV as transport transit core, the station close connection and out of the warehouse and production workshop, raw material. Industrial development more and more quickly, production efficiency is more and more high, warehouse storage capacity is more and more to the bottleneck, which greatly limits the efficiency of the production enterprises, warehousing system of three-dimensional development trend more obvious, but the traditional storage system with truck transportation and logistics, this cost has certain requirements. AGV mature application, the storage system to another development direction, AGV and tridimensional system used more and more widely, this paper from the three-dimensional storage system structure began to introduce, introduces the mechanical structure of the storage unit structure frame, stacker, logistics and transportation drum line, tight then in-depth analytical AGV warehouse system design and application.
