摘要
本毕业设计说明书槟榔切片机的研究情况,介绍了全自动槟榔切片的结构特点及工作原理。以前国内研究的自动槟榔切片机存在许多问题,切出的槟榔形状不规格,切片效率低,对工人人身不安全,本设计通过链条传动送料,凸轮振动把那些形状不规格的槟榔送到刀片下,切出合格的产品,可切圆形片,弧形片,斜片三种不同形状的槟榔,其切片效果极佳,切片厚度均匀,稳定性能好,切片性质可连续,效率高,本设计的槟榔切片机工作原理比较简单,本机通过链条上面的板子把多个槟榔送到V型糟内,再通过凸轮振动,把那些形状不规格的摆正再送到刀架下,再通过气缸推动刀片连续的运动,把槟榔切成一片一片的。

Yiqian domestic research of automatically betel nut slicer exists many problem, cut out of betel nut shape does not specifications, slice efficiency low, on workers personal does not security, this design by chain drive sent material, cam vibration to those shape does not specifications of betel nut sent to blade Xia, cut out qualified of products, can cut round tablets, arc tablets, oblique tablets three species different shape of betel nut, its slice effect very better, slice thickness uniform, stability performance good, slice nature can continuous, efficiency high, this design of betel nut slicer work parison simple, This machine through a chain of betel nut to the v-more above board in the worst, then cam vibrations, shape those specifications under the pendulum are then sent to the head, then through the cylinder to promote the continuous movement of the blade, cut a piece of betel nut
