安徽理工大学土木工程系毕业设计安徽理工大学土木工程系毕业设计 1 摘要本次设计的是合肥市某厂房洁净空调系统。针对该办厂房的功能要求和特点,以及该地气象条件和空调要求,参考有关文献资料对该楼的中央空调系统进行系统规划、设计计算和设备选型。本设计区间由于功能要求需要设计 10000 级洁净空调系统。净化空调系统遵守《医药工业洁净厂房设计规范》和《洁净厂房设计规范》( GB 50073-2013 )的相关规定,采用初、中、高效三级过滤器的全空气洁净空调系统,送风、回风采用上送下回式;洁净区回风采用回风竖井下回风形式。设计过程中本着到经济、合理、安全的原则,并对系统运行时产生的噪声、振动进行了处理。计算完冷、湿负荷。计算风量,风量的计算包括送风量和新风量的计算。风量的计算之初先在 I-d 图上划出空气的处理过程,然后根据前面的负荷计算结果进行计算,最后根据需要的风量和冷量选择空气处理设备和每个房间的风口。在此基础上,通过对各种空调方式的比较,选择了合理的空调方式。本设计依据有关规范考虑节能和舒适性要求, 设计的空调系统采用风机盘管—新风系统, 风机盘管加新风系统的水系统采用同程式。根据各种计算结果,通过性价比分析,进行了设备选型,确保设备容量、压强、噪声等方面满足要求。本中央空调系统的设计力求达到经济、舒适、方便、实用,并尽可能满足节能要求。设计内容包括:空调冷负荷的计算;空调系统的划分与系统方案的确定;冷源的选择;空调末端处理设备的选择;风系统的设计与计算;水系统的设计、布置与水力计算;风管系统与水管系统保温层的设计;消声防振设计等内容。关键词:中央空调系统; 风机盘管—新风系统;节能;洁净空调;洁净等级。 ABSTRACT The air-conditioning system isdesigned for abuilding inShanghai. According tothe required function, characteristics ofthe building, and the local atmosphere data, design calculation and products selection are carried out with related references. Firstly, calculating cooling load and damp load oftype room .After counting the cooling load and damp load, The mission is the account ofair quantity, including the air delivering and air returning. Atlast choosing the equipments ofair condition and air draught inevery rooms bythe cooling load and air quantity. Onthis basis, the air-conditioning mode isselected paring cooling modes. According tosome correlation standard, allow for energy safe and fort, the air condition system ofthe design isFan coil units (FCUs) --fresh air system . The breeze machine dish tube adds the water system adoption of the new breeze system together program. The large conference room adoption whole air system , adopting sectional air condition machine set . According tothe results, the best options are selected. And the options can assure that they would meet the requirements ofvolume, pressure and noises
