[摘要] 目的 探討参苓白术散治疗肺结核的疗效及对免疫功能的影响。 方法 选取2016年1月~2017年1月我院收治的肺结核患者100例,随机分为观察组(n=50)和对照组(n=5nt in the control group were(±)%, (±)%, and (±) respectively, and the difference before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<). The IgA, IgG, and IgM levels in the observation group after treatment were(±)g/L, (±)g/L, and(±)g/L respectively, and the difference was statistically significant compared with that before treatment and after treatment in the control group(P<). Conclusions Shenling Baizhu powder is effective in treating pulmonary tuberculosis, which can alleviate clinical symptoms and significantly improve the immune function of patients. 肺结核是一种由结核分枝杆菌引起的传染性疾病,主要通过呼吸道传播,具有较高的感染性、耐药性和发病率[1]。目前西医治疗肺结核以药物化疗为主,但持续的化疗药物治疗可引起不同程度的耐药性和不良反应,临床疗效欠佳[2]。中医认为肺结核属于中医“肺痨”、“痨病”等范畴,近年来,研究发现中西医结合治疗肺结核有助于提高临床疗效,减少毒副反应[3]。有研究显示,肺结核患者机体免疫功能下降,主要表现为细胞免疫功能下降,CD3+、CD4+T细胞亚群数量降低,CD4+/CD8+比例失调,免疫功能紊乱等[4-5]。参苓白术散具有补脾益气、生津保肺、和胃渗湿等功效,能健运脾胃气机,有利于化疗药物的吸收,且因其补益作用可增强患者抵抗力,具有匡扶正气、促进病灶修复愈合的作用[6-9]。本研究旨在探讨参苓白术散治疗肺结核的疗效及对免疫功能的影响,现报道如下。
1 资料与方法
一般资料
选取2016年1月~2017年1月我院收治的肺结核患者100例,随机分为观察组(n=50)和对照组(n=50)。观察组中,男28例,女22例,年龄22~80岁,平均(±)岁,病程(±)年。对照组中,男27例,女23例,年龄21~78岁,平均(±)岁,病程(±)年。排除合并严重心、肝、肾功能障碍者及精神疾病者。所有患者或其家属均对本研究知情同意,并签署知情同意书。两组的性别、年龄及病程等一般
