二、提升“三个机制〞的运转质量，进一步落实好老干部的生活待遇
1、扎实推动“三个机制〞的有效运转。继续抓好“三个机制〞的健全完善工作，加大财政支持力度，切实把财政支持机制的作用发挥好，保证离休干部“两费〞得到全面落实，确保医药费统筹标准与离休干部就医要求相适应。针对我县离休干部人数多，但整体呈现高龄化，处于“双高期〞〔高发病期和重病高发期〕的实际，重点抓好医药费保障机制的落实，进一步完善离休干部就医要求与经济社会开展水平相适应的增长机制，不断解决离休干部看病就医和医药费报销中存在的问题，切实提高医疗保障水平。认真抓好中央、省、市出台的提高离休干部生活待遇政策的落实工作，切实让老同志共享改革开展成果。
2、进一步加强易地安置离休干部的效劳管理工作。按照?关于进一步加强易地安置离休干部效劳管理工作的意见?，认真做好易地安置离休干部待遇落实和效劳管理工作。对易地安置的老干部，协调原单位多联系、多看望、多关心，定期通报情况，定期走访慰问，及时了解他们的生活、思想和健康状况。
