为我县城市创建奠定了坚实的基础，但对照省级文明县城创建标准（7大类、103项指标、304个考核点），客观分析我县目前现状，创建工作还存在很多问题，突出表现在以下几个方面：
（一）市民文明素养不高
近年来，随着城市规模的不断扩大，城市人口数量急剧增加，但市民的文明程度、文明素养距测评标准尚有较大的差距，具体表现在：
