Abstract: Along with society's development, motor output power and voltage level required more and more high, to make sure that the quality safety, motor are need to do a lot of test, therefore, developing a set of high accuracy, high automation degree of motor automatic test system to improve production efficiency and reduce the working strength and improve product quality has great practical significance.
This topic with the computer as the core of automatic test system, various data collection using transformer, transmitter composed by single-chip microcomputer intelligent and instrument equipment composition test system hardware device. The test system is divided into three parts: the computer data processing and display parts; Field data collection; Intelligent display instrument and communication control; Which computer data processing and display in part by the data storage, output part and graphics, calculation of parts, it can realize the data access, calculation, analysis, and other functions, and can automatically generate test reports; Field data collection is responsible for collecting test data, such as voltage, current, power, frequency and power factor and high voltage motor parts temperature and so on; Intelligent display instrument and communication is responsible for test data display and transmission. The paper detailed discussion of high voltage asynchronous motor each test project, test method and automatic measurement and control, finally get the high voltage asynchronous motor test report.
