机电工程学院 10 机制本( 3 )班学生冯中道共( 36 )页 I 设计总说明减震器是摩托车上重要的一个部件,其功能是减缓车辆的振动和吸收路面的冲击。摩托车减震器的好坏直接影响乘坐的舒适性,也是影响其运动性能的重要部件。减震器是通过里面的活塞上下活动,腔内的油液便不断地从一个腔经过阻尼孔隙流入另一个腔内。此时油液分子之间产生摩擦、油液与孔壁间的摩擦形成阻尼力, 从而达到减震效果。减震器的功能是缓和路面不平整引起的冲击,减小对摩托车的振动;从而提高乘坐舒适性;减低由于震动造成对车体各部分的运应力,还可以提高轮胎对路面的附着力,是行驶更稳定、安全。本次摩托车前减震器采用弹簧液力阻尼式设计,根据摩托车工作行程为 501? mm 确定减震器的各项参数。减震器是以弹簧减震为主, 再配合油液阻尼性。减震弹簧采用组合式弹簧,由两个一大一小的圆柱弹簧组成,弹簧两端疏密程度也不同,在行驶过程中当车辆受到冲击时,减震弹簧吸收这种冲击能量,再通过油液在减震杆上的孔、隙间流动产生的粘性阻力把振动降低。整个设计前减震器过程都是依据其工作原理进行的,在根据已知参数对其他零件的主要参数进行计算确定。【关键字】弹簧;减震器;阻尼;缓冲;设计;油液机电工程学院 10 机制本( 3 )班学生冯中道共( 36 )页 II DESIGN INSTRUCTION Shock absorbers are the important part in motorcycle, mainly used to suppress the spring rebound after an earthquake shock and impact from the road. shock absorbers is Important parts of the motorcycle have a direct impact on fort, and determine their sports performance.
