不同手术方法治疗踝关节骨折合并下胫腓联合韧带损伤的效果比较 [摘要]目的 探討不同手术方法治疗踝关节骨折合并下胫腓联合韧带损伤的效果。方法 选取2017年1月~2018年1月我院收治的90例踝关节骨折合并下胫腓联合韧带损伤患者l group, the difference was significant (), the scores of joint function and self-care ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the difference was significant (P<). The hospital stay and fracture healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, the differences were significant(P<). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was significant (P<). Conclusion Ankle fracture combined with lower tibiofibular ligament injury patients treated with fixation of lower tibiofibular, plate and screw internal and external ankle fixation combined ligament and repair of lower fibular is very ideal. It can improve the joint function and self-care ability of patients, shorten the hospital stay and fracture healing time after operation, and reduce the incidence of complications. [Key words] Surgical treatment; Ankle joint fracture; Lower jaw combined ligament injury; Effect 踝关节骨折在骨科疾病中较常见,其发生与暴力因素扭伤踝部导致患者出现踝部疼痛、踝关节肿胀畸形等有关,踝关节骨折病情复杂,多数患者在出现踝关节骨折的同时,伴随严重的下胫腓联合韧带受损的现象,给患者带来极大痛苦,影响其身心健康和正常生活[1-4]。踝关节骨折合并下胫腓联合韧带损伤一般首选手术治疗,但不同的手术方式也可对手术效果产生一定的影响。本研究旨在探讨手术治疗踝关节骨折合并下胫腓联合韧带损伤的效果,现报道如下。 1资料与方法
