中国现代中药 批吴茱萸标
准汤剂出膏率均值为 %,薄层色谱斑点清晰,吴茱萸碱、吴茱萸次碱的分
离度好,比移值(Rf)适当,可同时鉴别小极性和大极性成分。柠檬苦素、吴茱
萸碱、吴茱萸次碱平均转移率分别为 %、%、%。结论:建立了吴
茱萸标准汤剂的质量标准,测定方法全面、准确,可为吴茱萸配方颗粒和含吴茱
萸的中药经典名方标准的制定提供参考。

[Abstract] Objective: To establish the quality standard of Fructus Evodiae standard
decoction. Methods: Fifteen batches of Fructus Evodiaee standard decoction were
prepared by traditional decoction method, and the extractum rate was determined.
Thin layer chromatography (TLC) was used for qualitative identification, with
evodiamine and rutaecarpine as reference substances. The method for determining the
content of limonin, evodiamine and rutaecarpine was established by theultra-performance liquid chromatography (UPLC), and their transfer rates were
calculated. Results: The average extractum rate of the 15 batches of Fructus Evodiae
standard decoction was 2
