浅析我国中学学校组织文化建设 ——以河北保定第二中学为例 公共事业管理专业学生王玥 指导教师沈镝 摘要:学校作为一种社会组织形式,自身蕴含着一定的文化要素在内,而中学则是承担着培养中国未来各领域人才的重任,由此可见中学学校组织文化建设是一个十分重要的问题,不应只停留在抽象的文字讨论中。因此笔者运用了“目的性抽样”方法选择了个案中学,从其不同层面,诸如学校物质表现、规章制度、以及教师专业发展等方面,来考察中学学校组织文化的实际表现及影响。通过对个案中学表现出的一些事实迹象可以看出,中学学校组织文化建设中,存在一定的问题,通过思考笔者提出了自己解决问题的一些方法。 关键词:中学学校组织文化;管理者;教师 The Analysis of the Construction of the anization of China’s Middle School ——Take the Hebei Baoding Second Middle School as the Example Student majoring in Public Administration WANG Yue Tutor SHEN Di Abstract:The school as a form of anization contains a certain cultural feature, however Junior High School undertake heavy responsibility that cultivate China’s talented person in the future various domains. Thus it can be seen that the middle school anization is an important and it should not only pause in the abstract writing discussion. Therefore the author uses “sense of purpose sampling” choosing the case, from its different aspects, such as the school material expression, the rules and regulations, as well as teachers’ career development, inspected the actual performance and the influence of the middle school anization. Through some facts which displays to the case, it can be seen that certain problem do exist in the construction of the anization of China’s middle school. Thus the author proposed her own solutions to these problems. Key words:Middle anizational Cult
