The morphology and characteristics of corrosion bands in different parts of blades were analyzed, and the formation mechanism of corrosion bands was revealed. The results show that the corrosion bands of GH4169 alloy's eighth grade blade body and ninth grade blade tenon are mainly related to δ segregation. The segregated δ phases in the dark corrosion strip of the leaf body are mostly short rod or granular shape and they are approximately parallel, and the grain size and niobium content are normal. The segregation δ phase in the bright etched bands of blade tenon mostly exhibits long strip shape, and the grain size is fine and the niobium content is high. The formation of δ phase segregation band in forged blades of GH4169 alloy is not only related to the high niobium content, but also to the local large deformation of the blades, which provides the driving force for δ phase nucleation and segregation.
