形容词用法总结
定义：
形容词用来修饰名词或代词;表示人或事物的性质、特征、状态或属性。
形容词在句子中的作用
形容词在句子中可作为定语ng warmer and warmer。
The more … ; the more …句型
此句型第一个the more 引导的部分相当于一个条件状语从句。第二个the more 引导的相当于一个主句。
The more you practice ; the easier it bees。
The more you give them ; the more they want。
3。可以修饰比较级的词
形容词的比较级前可以用一下表示程度的词或短语修饰： a bit ; much ; a little ; a lot ; even ; no 等等
我现在感觉舒服多了。
I feel much better now。
注意：这些词一般不用来修饰比较级; very ; many ; quite 和 fairy 等
My girl friend is very older than me。×
形容词最高级的用法
形容词最高级的一般结构：
the+形容词/副词的最高级+比较范围
1。the + 最高级 + in + 地方
It is the most expensive car in the world 。
The Nile River is the longest river in the world。
2。the + 序数词+最高级 + in + 地方
The Huanghe River is the second longest river in China 。
3。 the + 形容词/ 副词的最高级+ of + 所属范围
The youngest of the family is the most successful。
同级比较
Ⅰ。 as 作副词;表示程度;意为同样地。在as…as; not as/so…as结构中的第一个as是副词;作和/与…不一样解。
Jack is as tall as his father。
Jack is not as/so tall as his father。
He doesn’t speak English as/so fluently as you。
1。 主语+谓语+倍数+形容词/副词的比较级 + than…
2。主语+谓语+倍数+ as +形容词/副词的原级 + as…
3。主语+谓语+倍数+ the + 名词 + of …
This building is five times higher than that one。
The building is five times as high as that one。
The building is five times the height of that one。
