三、It’s good exercise
1. exercise 可以是动词“锻炼”。I exercise every day.
2. exercise 也可以是名词。
（1）“练习”，“操”,可数名词

1. 11-year-old, “11岁的”，作定语，放在名词之前。
比较11 years old, “11岁”，作表语，放在be动词之后。

2. cross是动词，“穿越，越过”，主要指“横穿”。
比较：across是介词，cross= go across“穿过，越过”。
be across from 介词短语，意为“在...的对面”
