Table 2, gave us over 3 timesconsumption gain in electricity energy between 1973 and 2006, and it show us the main way that we produce electricity energy. The nonrenewable resource have more than 60% proportion, it means even in 21 century, people still use traditional way to produce electricity energy, that is thermal generation.
The Philippine as a developing country, its demand for electricity energy must grow faster than other to statistical data, the electricity production and consumption grew from and in 2000 to and in 2012, in the Philippine (unit : billion kWh).
How to save more energy and release less harmful or green-house gases are always being the problems for the government. They used to be relying on nuclear power plant or solar power plant, but they need much more investment and higher technology level, they seem to be the right way, but may be not the most appropriate way.
The Philippines just same as the other tropical country, there are shorter plant growth cycle and more sugar in crop. The sugar obtains from sugarcane is very widespread method in the Philippine, the sugar
