We are glad to have about thirty-five American students who will come to our school for a visit on June 22nd (Sunday).
In order to present a warm welcome, at 8:40, in the morning, all the students are expected to gather at the school gate to meet the America guests,. From 9:00 to 10:30, a welcome meeting will be held in our reception room, where we will exchange gifts to each other with our foreign friends. From 10:30 to 11:30, we will show them around on school campus and visit library, laboratory and sound labs. Lunch is arranged at 11:30 in our student’s canteen. After lunch, at 13:00, we’re going to see them off at the school gate.
