学生顶岗实习管理协议书（企业联）
甲方：威海职业学院机电工程系
乙方：
为明确学校和实习单位的责任和义务，根据等自愿的原则，经甲方乙方协商一致，签订本协议。
一、实习期限及工作时间
乙方接受甲方 名学生（姓名： ）进行顶岗实习。实习期限从 年 月到 年 月止。（以实际到岗位时间为准）。
实习待遇及管理
1、乙方每月按时支付实习学生实习补助，且实习补助应不低于单位所在地区最低工资标准；若学生个人与企业经协商另立协议或合同者，按双方签订的协议或合同执行，但甲方需留存一份。
2、实习学生前往乙方报到及实习期满离开时，甲方可根据情况安排老师接送学生。
三、实习管理
学生在实习期间接受学校和实习单位的双重管理，因此，甲乙双方要认真履行管理职责。
甲方的职责：
1、甲方应加强学生的职业道德教育和校规校纪教育，以保证学生遵守实习单位的有关规定。
2、甲方在学生实习期间要安排专门的实习指导师，检查指导学生的实习情况，并经常通过电话与学生及单位进行沟通交流，及时掌握学生的思想动向，对学生出现的思想问题及时进行耐心的说服教育工作，以保证学生顺利完成实习任务。
乙方的职责：
1、实习期间，乙方应安排业务骨干作为学生的实习指导教师，对实习学生进行业务培训、技术指导和店规店纪级及安全教育，努力提高学生的专业素质和专业技能。

2、乙方在实习学生上岗前应进行必要的安全教育，并为学生配备该工作必须的安全防护物品。
3、乙方按照劳动法和单位的管理规定对学生进行日常管理和考核。
4、学生实习期内，乙方应配合甲方对学生管理及教育相关工作。
