EB将指示CDM注册处发放具体数量的CERs the EB will then instruct the CDM registry to issue the specified quantity of CERs in the CDM registry 扣除CER总数的2%作为CDM基金 deduct two per cent of the total CERs as CDM “Levy”. 余下的CERs则按照有关缔约方和项目参与方的要求转入其登记册账户 forward the remaining CERs to the registry accounts of Parties and project participants involved, in accordance with their request. 2017/12/2 3 签发CERs:Issuance of CERs 只有在项目活动注册之后才签发CERs,但是对于在2000年到2004年11月第一个注册的CDM项目间开始的项目活动,如果在2005年12月31日前向EB提请登记注册,也可请求追溯核证的减排量, 此类项目一旦完成注册,则其入计及其期可总注册前开始计算,但不得早于2000年1月1日。 CERs will only be issued for a crediting period starting after the date of registration of a CDM project activity; However, Project activity starting as of the year 2000 and prior to the date of the first registration of a CDM project (November 2004), shall be eligible to claim retroactive credits if submitted for registration with the EB before 31 December 2005.
