At present, Chinese enterprises should pay special attention to the construction of corporate culture at the same time of establish ing and perfect ing the modern corporate system. In the process of strengthening the building of corporate culture one of the key points is to foster team spirit. This article starts from the connotation of corporate team and team spirit and then discusses the role of corporate team spirit and the principles and ways to foster team spirit, thus to describe and emphasize the importance of corporate team spirit.
