第九条 日照分析客体建筑范围和对象的确定
日照分析客体建筑指在拟建建筑遮挡范围内，被遮挡的有日照要求的建筑。
日照分析客体建筑范围和对象的确定应符合以下要求：
1、日照分析前应先认定拟建建筑的高度。拟建建筑的高度在小于100米的，按实际阴影范围确定客体建筑对象；拟建建筑的高度大于等于100米的，，作出扇形的日照阴影范围，该阴影范围最小不得小于建筑高度100米的实际阴影范围，最大不超过半径220米的扇形阴影范围。（如图1）
2、在上述阴影范围内，设计方案已经规划管理部门批准，尚未建设或正在建设有日照要求的建筑也应确认为客体建筑。
3、拟建建筑为住宅或其它有日照要求的建筑，其自身也应作为日照分析的客体建筑。

第十条 日照分析主体建筑范围和对象的确定
日照分析主体建筑指对客体建筑产生日照遮挡的建筑。
日照分析主体建筑范围和对象的确定应符合以下要求：
以已经确定的客体建筑为中心，调查了解周围可能对其产生遮挡的建筑。以220米为半径作出扇形图，在此范围内进行调查。
在上述范围内，排除对客体建筑不形成遮挡的建筑，明确主体建筑的具体对象，并进行编号。
上述范围内，设计方案已经规划管理部门批准尚未建设或正在建设的建筑也须纳入主体建筑范围。
