7、项目扶贫、社会及经济效益
此工程项目由巫山县扶贫办投资，仙桥村小学实施完成，解决了208名学生及11名教职工的饮水问题。减少了由于长年饮用咸水，污水而导致的各种疾病，使得饮水更卫生，并改善了卫生习惯，尤其是减少了甲状腺肿大等疾病的发病经。全校师生从此以后可以放心饮用即干净又安全的水。由此可带动仙桥居民点搬迁用户用水，更能解决我校51名贫困生及47名留守儿童等用水难的问题。真正起到了扶贫的效果。

1、项目单位情况
仙桥村小学由李小龙援建的一所农村村级小学，学校位于渝巴103省道距巫山县城25公里处，与仙桥新农村居民点相连。服务于仙桥村、石羊村，服务半径5公里以上，2008年9月1日投入使用。学校占地面积4150平方米，建筑面积897平方米。学校在编教师10人，聘请保安和炊事员各1人，现有学生208人，其中留守儿童47人，贫困生51名。学校现有教室9间，功能室3间，教师寝室8间，开设1-6年级和学前班共7个班。随着仙桥居民点的手建，森态移民剧增，落实3000人的集镇，到2013年学生数可达300余人，到2014年学生数可达500余人。
学校现状：因学校属新建，所以条件差，硬件建设几乎为零。特别是严重缺水，师生的饮水靠教师义务到3公里外的农民去用车拉。当地经济条件十分落后，外出务工人员较多，导致留守儿童占学生比例较多。学校承担着巨大的夺力，对留守儿童的关爱做了大量工作，实施了贫困学生营养工程50人的饮奶工程。通过买
