阶段性工作汇报
各位领导，各兄弟乡镇：
今天，有幸借全县改善农村人居环境工作 乡（镇）现场会，和大家一同学习交流体会改善农村人居环境工作的经验做法，非常高兴，不妥之处，请大家批评指正。
10月30日县改善农村人居环境推进会后，常村镇立即行动，迅速在全镇抛起了一场以“三无一规范一眼净”为标准的人居环境清理大行动，现将活动开展以来的有关情况简要汇报。
措施有力，上下联动
镇党委、政府多次召开专题会研究部署此项工作，成立了以镇党委书记为组长、镇长为常务副组长、班子成员为副组长及有关所站长为成员的常村镇改善农村人居环境领导小组，并明确了一名班子成员具体抓，实行所有班子成员包管理区，机关干部分包村，村两委干部分包重要路段和重点区域，形成一级抓一级，层层抓落实的工作格局。成立了办公室，抽调人员充实力量，办公室配套有必要的办公设备。结合我镇实际，按照因地制宜、突出重点、分类指导、区别不同情况推进治理的总体要求，科学制定了常村镇改善农村人居环境实施意见，明确了总体要求、工作任务、时间安排、
