。规范收费标准，公示单病种费用、药品占医疗费用的比例。今年，我院将继续开展门诊病人和住院病人满意度调查，确保不断提高群众满意度。
质量好，加强医疗质量管控，努力化解医患纠纷，维护良好的医疗秩序。认真落实医院医疗事故月分析评议制度，从管理环节和技术环节对医疗事故个案进行剖析，提高医务人员水平。同时，配合卫生监督所定期开展的对医院医疗质量和安全分析评议情况的检查和考核。
医德好，加强对医务人员的职业道德教育，进一步加大正面宣传力度，广泛开展向王万青、杨碎胜、王振义等先进典型的学习宣传活动，引导广大医务人员树立良好的医德医风。注重开展纪律法制教育和警示教育，坚持每月观看警示教育片制度。对极少数医德低劣，如收受回扣、索要和收受“红包”、工作严重不负责任的，要严肃查
