摘要:大蒜精油具有多方面的药用价值和保健作用,因此已经成为国 内外竞相研究的热点课题。为此本文研究的是关于大蒜精油的提取工 艺,通过探索复合溶剂法E的原理,采用乙醇-乙酰乙酸乙酯-乙酸乙 酯溶剂法浸提大蒜精油,然后采用水蒸气蒸馅法净化精油的纯度。通 过此方法确实可以提取出大蒜精油,产率较低。

Abstract: garlic essential oil has many medicinal value and health care effect, thus has become a race to research hot topic at home and abroad. In the research of this paper is about the garlic essential oil extraction technology, through explore the principle of compound solvent method [1], the ethanol - ethyl acetoacetate, ethyl acetate solvent extraction of garlic essential oil, and the purity of purified oil using steam distillation. By this method can extract of garlic essential oil, the yield is low.

目前很多研究者利用复合溶剂提取大蒜精油的工艺研究已经很多了, 他们主要采用的是环己烷一丙酮复合溶剂⑵提取大蒜精油,探讨影响 大蒜精油的提取率因素,例如复合溶剂的质量配比,料夜质量比,浸 提温度、时间,他们得出的结论是环己烷-丙酮的复合溶剂质量比为 7:3,料液比为1:6,浸提温度是55°C, 另一个水蒸气蒸偏⑶方法的启发,我们起初采用乙醇、乙酸乙酯、乙 酰乙酸乙酯和他们三者混合到一起做了个对比试验,从而得出结论,
