九．乙方所购汽车库不得改变其用途，不得从事非法活动，不得转租或从事经营性活动，不得饲养家禽、宠物，不得堆放有碍卫生的杂物。
十．乙方购买汽车库后，还应与物业管理公司签订有关协议，遵守有关规定，服从物业管理公司按章管理。
十一．本合同一式三份，甲、乙、物业管理公司三方各执一份。
十二．如乙方违反使用权合同，经劝阻无效，甲方有权终止合同。
