负责管理、指导、培训、考核评估全区卫生监督协管服务工作。乡镇卫生院（分院）和社区卫生服务中心负责指导、培训、考核评估本辖区内卫生监督协管服务工作，具体卫生监督协管服务工作由
社区卫生服务中心和乡镇卫生院（分院）协管站、社区卫生服务站和村卫生室承担。
（三）聘任卫生监督协管人员。卫生监督协管员由社区卫生服务中心和乡镇卫生院卫生监督协管员组成；卫生监督信息员由社区卫生服务站和村卫生室卫生监督协管信息员组成。按照《定西市安定区卫生监督协管工作服务规范（试行）》相关规定，完成卫生监督协管员和信息员的培训、考试与聘任工作。
卫生监督协管员持《卫生监督协管员聘任证》，着卫生监督制服上岗工作。卫生监督制服由市卫生局卫生监督所根据全市工作实际情况，按照国家卫生监督制服标准要求，统一定制。
（四）提供工作支持与保障。各乡镇卫生院、社区卫生服务中心要结合现有条件，为开展卫生监督协管服务工作创造良好的工作环境，配备必要的工作设备和执法工具（提供工作场所、办公用品）等工作条件。经费按财政部、卫生部《关于印发基本公共卫生服务项目补助资金管理办法的通知》（财社〔2010〕311号）规定，由卫生监督机构通过考核，提出补助方案，从基本公共卫生服务经费中统筹安排。
